Rob Cannillo, a singer/songwriter from Florida, NY, has completed two full-length CDs of original music in the studio. Rob's blend of folk, blues, and rock combines a gritty, smoky voice with the skills of a true story teller.

Jordan VanDusen's music is best described as acoustic rock. While in NY, they were regularly featured at the Chance Theater in Poughkeepsie, NY and were rubbing shoulders with the likes of Blues Traveler and Tim Reynolds of the Dave Matthews Band. To hear a sample from the album, click here.

Melanie Disa, another gifted singer/songwriter, first came into Electric Acoustic Studios to record several simple but really beautiful ballads in the studio. A year later she was back with a incredibly talented band to turn those simple songs into fully produced masterpieces.

A prolific songwriter, Scott Sherwood came into the studio with thought-provoking, sometimes heart-wrenching lyrics, a unique vocal style, and his acoustic guitar. Paul served as producer, studio musician, and recording engineer. The result was an EP that brings to mind David Gray, a little Dylan, and lots of Scott Sherwood. Bart Shatto's impressive career as an actor and singer has taken him to Broadway, Carnegie Hall, and literally around the world. His roles have included Jean Vaijean in Les Miserables, Gus in the National Tour of Cats, and Quincy Morris in Dracula. Bart spent his time at Electric Acoustic Studios archiving and digitizing part of his vast catalog of songs and performances for use on his new web site. The brain child of Bob Barlow and the students at Pine Tree Elementary School in Monroe, New York, Everything's gonna Be Okay is a project about hope and recovery that was inspired by the class's desire to help out victims of Hurricane Katrina. The money raised by the CD went to charities devoted to providing humanitarian aid to those who suffered during the storm and its aftermath. The Flying Christian Capos, the tongue-in-cheek name for a gifted group of singers and musicians, recently put together this collection of traditional and not-so-traditional Christmas songs at Electric Acoustic Studios. The group, which did the project as a fund raiser for St. Patrick's Church in Highland Mills, New York, included Doug O'Connor--renowned bass player for the blue grass band McMule--Craig and Caitlin Brady, Anne Shatto, Deidre McCormack, Annette and Jean Storkman, and Bill Hogue.

Alex Coe's songs invoke poignant images of love lost, romance, and longing. A gifted singer/songwriter, and a staunch advocate for human rights, Alex's lyrics and melodies touch the heart in ways that go far beyond words and music. For a sample of one of her most haunting love songs, click here.

Funk and R& B are My Cousin Vinny's strong suit. Even James Brown would be proud of these guys. They came into the studio to record a 6-song demo so they could shop it around to clubs and other venues.
